Idyllic medieval holiday cottage in rural Suffolk

The Old Pottery is a medieval, timber-framed, Grade II* listed, two-bedroomed holiday home in the heart of what is considered by many to be the prettiest village in England.

The Old Pottery has been lovingly restored and renovated to create a warm and inviting home. We are happy to accept weekly bookings, long weekends and mid-week stays.

We are listed by the prestigious Alastair Sawday's self catering website (having been carefully inspected and approved) - please click on the logo below to view their review of the old pottery.

"The Old Pottery is very much a home from home with a very warm welcome. We enjoyed paddling along the River Brett and were rewarded with a glimpse of deer. This is an excellent base with far too much to see and do in just one week."
The P Family, Worcs.

"We have visited The Old Pottery for the third time in Spring, Winter and now Autumn. It feels like coming home. We like the surrounding area and quiet walks to beautiful little villages. This spot is fabulous. We will come back for another relaxing week or weekend."
